LUNCH RACK INSTALLATION

REQUIRED TOOLS:
• 5mm Hex Wrench
• 4mm Hex Wrench
• 3mm Hex Wrench
• 8mm Box Wrench
[SEE FIGURE 1.]
FIGURE 1.
INCLUDED HARDWARE:
• Mounting Bracket
• M3 X 12mm bolts (2)
• M4 X 15mm bolts (2)
• M4 Locknuts (2)
• M4 Washers (6)
[SEE FIGURE 2.]
• Attach Mounting Bracket to lunch rack
with M3 X 12mm bolts, washers and M4
Locknuts. Do not tighten down.
[SEE FIGURE 3.]
• Remove front brake using a 5mm Hex
Wrench.
(Skip step if there is no front brake.)

M4 X 15mm Bolts (2)

- Page 2 • Mount the lower braces to the fork braze-ons with M4 X 15mm bolts and M4 washers using the 4mm Hex Wrench. [SEE FIGURE 7.] • Level the Lunch Rack. [SEE FIGURE 8.] • Tighten all bolts. Lunch Rack is installed.
