Assembling Instructions - NAUSICAA BLUE WAYUP PLUS User Manual

BEFORE USING YOUR STAND-UP LIFT, IT IS NECESSARY TO CHECK :
• The wheels turn and roll normally.
• The rear wheels function correctly.
• There is no wear or deformation on the hooks.
WARNING :
• To preserve the inserts, do not overtighten.
• Assembly is done with the brakes locked.
Step 1:
- Remove the mast from the box (the mast
is
composed of an 8000 N actuator + a lifting
arm + a handlebar)
- Remove and unwrap the shin-block from
the box
- Remove the base from the box (the base
is equipped with anti-slip)
Step 2:
- Insert the mast in the base
- Screw a M8 bolt in each hole of the base
- Put the nuts covers
