Troubleshooting your sprayer
PROBLEM
Does not turn on
Leaking from tank area
Leaks from gun and / or nozzle area
Clogged pump / hose / gun / wand / nozzle
Random part breaks

POSSIBLE REASON
1. Battery is not fully connected
2. Battery is not charged
3. Electrical issue with pump
Input and / or output hose(s) have a
loose connection with pump
1. Loose / damaged / broken seal(s)
2. Ball valve inside gun assembly is
defective
Not rinsing tank / pump / hose / gun /
nozzle(s) with cleaning solution or water
after each use
Wear and tear
SOLUTION
1. Remove battery & reattach to sprayer
2. Charge battery
3. Disconnect & reconnect all 5 electrical
connections coming out of the pump
Remove screws and remove the plastic
covering to expose pump. Loosen clamps
on both hoses, position hose closer to
pump and retighten hose clamp
1. Inspect all seals & replace if necessary
2. Contact FlowZone® at +1 803-339-2500
for replacement part
1. Rinse sprayer thoroughly with warm,
soapy water after each use
2. Run gasoline through the sprayer to
break up clogs
