6-3 Electrical Adjustment
6-3-1 Servo Adjustment
1. Head S/W
Note : Only remote control ass'y can adjust.
1) Connect a jumper or solder land (2 point) at
service option (W750) on the timer PCB.
2) Press the speed button within 6 seconds Head
S/W adjustment is operated automatically.
3) After completing repairs, turn power off in order
to reset.
6-3-2 RF Adjustment
1. AFT
1) Apply 38.9MHz (90dbu) to W415 connected TM
Block (U401) pin 12 with pattern generator.
2) Connect voltmeter to the pin 15 of IC401.
3) Adjust TL401 for DC2.6 ± 0.1V.
4) Connect voltmeter to the pin 15 of IC402
5) Adjust TL402 for DC2.6 ± 0.1V.

2. AGC
1) Receive CH2 (48.25MHz, 70dBu:B/G) with TV CH
generator at E-E mode.
2) Connect DC voltmeter to W424
3) Adjust VR401 for DC4.3 ± 0.2V.
