SAFETY o The Bakery Manager or Bakery Supervisor must carry out daily safety checks. o The MONO slicer should only be used for slicing of bakery products. Do not insert anything hard e.g. knives or bakery implements etc. o All repairs and maintenance should only be carried out by authorised electricians. -

5.0 INSTALLATION o The MONO roll slicer should be placed on a level, stable surface. o The blade should be cleaned ready for use by passing some stale rolls through the machine. Single phase electrical connection. Insert plug into a socket nearby so that the cable is not trailing across the floor. -
