The hook of the safety line is always attached to an appropriate place during every operation.
Adjust the rope diameter with the quick release pins.
Remove a ball lock pin with
T-handle so that the lower part
flips open and the device can be
mounted on the ropeway.
Press the hand brake lever down-
ward until all rollers lie on the rope
and the catch engages at the too-
thed insert. Then lock the device in
place with the deadman's brake.
Shorten the length of the stay rope until the hook is still free and cannot follow after the haul rope
outside the brake lever.
Tilt the carriage slightly down-
ward until the lower part is
against the stop bolt and the
lower ball lock pin can be inserted
again.
Hang the hook of the stay rope on
the haul rope and push it to the
SS1 / SS2. Using the ascending
and descending aid, get down
from the platform.
