Tap ADD, rotate the bezel to enter the calories, and then tap DONE.
To change the meal type, tap the meal type on the top of the screen and select an
option.
To remove the record, tap on the food screen, rotate the bezel to select Delete today's log,
select the data, and then tap DELETE.
To view weekly records with a graph, swipe upwards or downwards on the screen. To view
records by day, tap View each date.
Setting your target calories

Tap on the food screen and rotate the bezel to select Set target.

Set the daily target calories and tap DONE.
You can change the daily target calories from the Samsung Health app on the
connected mobile device.
