StationPortal unit does not respond to
commands from the client

Suggested Remedy
Check StationPortal unit is powered on and "Status" LED is
blinking.
Check Ethernet cable is connected properly.
Check IP address, Subnet mask and Gateway address are
set properly from the hardware configuration menu.
Check IP address is set correctly in the device properties in
C client's project.
Check each StationPortal unit has unique IP address set in
the hardware configuration menu.
Check StationPortal unit is powered on and "Status" LED is
blinking.
Serial communication cable is connected properly with Null
modem configuration.
Check baud rate and parity are set correctly in the hardware
configuration menu.
Check baud rate and parity are set correctly in the client's
application.
Check StationPortal unit is powered on and "Status" LED is
blinking.
Input cable is connected properly with correct pin sequence.
Check StationPortal unit is powered on and "Status" LED is
blinking.
Output cable is connected properly with correct pin
sequence.
