Before calling service personnel

What might appear to be a malfunction in your unit, may just be
the result of slight misoperation. In the case of a malfunction,
install the Firmware Repair Program and then use it.
To install Firmware Repair program

Insert the software CD into drive D:\ (CD ROM drive).

Search for the "Repair Program"
ROM and double-click the file.
Continue installing as per the direction of dialog boxes.

When the below screen is displayed, click the "Finish".

To use Firmware Repair program

Remove the battery, Press and hold the PLAY (
with the lock position (HOLD) and then connect the Data
In/Out cable with the USB port of PC and the Data In/Out
terminal of your MP3 Player.
The LCD becomes bright.

Click the "Start" "Programs"
Explorer" "Repair Program"

Click the "Repair-EU/ASIA".

The MP3 Player displays the process of Firmware Repair
