To change the temperature settings from Celsius to Fahrenheit on the Calphalon TSCLTRDG1:

1. Plug in the unit.
2. Rotate the Function Selector Dial so that the display turns on.
3. Hold the Time/Temperature Selector Button (center of the lower dial) for 3 seconds. A short beep will sound, and the displayed temperature will switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit.
4. Release the Time/Temperature Selector Button.

The same steps can be used to switch back to Celsius if needed.
