    1. After the positioning sensor has been set, the words “SND ON” will appear on the screen. This means that the voice function is on, press the power button to keep the voice function on. If you wish to turn the voice function off, press “MEM” and the words “SND OFF” will appear on the screen.

    3. Apply the cuff to your or right wrist with your palm facing up. (0.4'') n and fasten the wrist cuff around the lower arm about 0.8” (2cm) from wrist. Leave no extra space between the cuff and your skin; if the cuff is too loose, the measurement will not be accurate.
