How It Works

Inside the RIVER Bank Car Booster box, you
will find EcoFlow' s alligator clips to connect to
your car. Because all cars are different, please
refer to your vehicle' s instruction manual to
successfully jump start your car and get back
on the road!

RIVER Bank is a smart charging module and
adapts to any power source from 10-22V
through either USB-C port.
2. Can RIVER Bank power my devices
while it's charging?

flow-through charging, RIVER Bank can be
recharged while it is in use.
3. How do I care for RIVER Bank?
To best take care of RIVER Bank and maximize
its lifespan, we recommend you store RIVER
Bank with more than 30% battery level in a
cool and dry place.
4. How do I use RIVER Bank safely?
RIVER Bank operates safely in conditions from
45W
32 degrees Fahrenheit to 113 degrees Fahren-
heit, or 0 degrees Centigrade to 45 degrees
Centigrade. Please do not use RIVER Bank
outside of these temperature ranges, as
extremely low and extremely high tempera-
tures can push it beyond its safe and effective
limits.
Treat your RIVER Bank with care to keep it in
premier condition.
1. Keep dry and do not expose to
high heat.
2. Never disassemble, puncture,
shock, crash, short or incinerate.
3. Recycle and dispose of RIVER Bank in
accordance with local regulations.
