Hello, my Impuls Duo is connected to the mains supply and is showing a constant blue light at LED 3 and a green light only (flashing on about once a second) at LED 4. This does not appear as a configuration in the manual. The fence does not seem to have any power according to the tester.

A constant blue light at LED 3 indicates the device is switched on in the previously set power mode. A flashing green light at LED 4 suggests a voltage level over 8 kV on the fence line. If the fence has no power despite these lights, the issue may be poor grounding. Proper grounding is essential for the energiser to function correctly. Check grounding conditions—ensure damp soil, use galvanised posts at least 75 cm long, and add more posts in dry soil or for long fences. If grounding is correct, check the power supply and connections.
