workout. Your workout
result displays.
Use

9. Press <Exit> to end the
workout, or <Rate it> to
rate how hard your workout
was. The workout result is
saved in Calendar.
You can send your workout
results to a PC and view a
detailed assessment on the
adidas website.
To listen to music:
1. From the workout view,
press [ ].
2. Select a music category →
a music file.
