1. Notes of safety

This section presents important information intended to ensure safety and effective use of the
printer. Please read carefully before first use.
• Be sure to use the specified battery and power source provided by our company. Connection
to an improper power source may cause fire, explosion or damage to the printer.
• Do not expose battery to excessive physical shock, vibration, or liquids.
• Do not disassemble, attempt to repair or deform the battery.
• Do not dispose of battery pack in a fire.
• Do not touch the terminals of the battery, or cause a short between the terminals with a
metal object.
• Do not peel or damage the battery label.
• Do Not open the paper cover when it is printing or recently finished printing, do not touch
the print head with hand or body, overheat may cause burns.

2. Notes on using

• Do not store the printer in hot and humid conditions.
• Keep your batteries at room temperature and avoid completely discharging lithium-ion
batteries or leaving discharged for prolonged periods of time.
• The printer's power adapter is to be connected to a stable power 110-220 Volts.
• Avoid water or conductive material (for example: metal). If water is present on the surface
please turn off the power immediately.
• Please ensure that a thermal paper roll is always inserted in the printer to avoid damaging
the printing roller and the printer head.
• Please ensure that your printer is serviced and repaired by a qualified technician. No
responsibility is taken for misuse.
• The power adapter that comes with the printer is specifically designed to be only used with
the printer, please do not use an alternative power adapter other than the 9V-2A supplied
with the printer.
• In order to ensure print quality and longevity of your printer, please ensure that only good
quality thermal paper rolls are used.
