The following options are available:
Vibration All: the phone will vibrate in silent mode.
Silent All: the phone mutes the sound of an incoming call in
silent mode.
In idle mode press and hold the
deactivate Silent All or Vibration All.
Alternatively, in idle mode press the Volume/Menu
Browse key (See "Open View of Your Phone" on page 21)
until the Silent All or Vibration All message appears in
the display. The icon associated with the setting appears
in the top line of the display.
When Silent All is active on your handset the
appears in the top line of the display.
Note: When Silent All is activated your keypad tones are muted. This
feature should not be used when you access automated services that
require you to enter numbers (such as your voice mail password).
When Vibration All is active on your handset the
appears in the top line of the display.
Extra Tones
You can customize additional tones for the phone.
1. To turn a given tone on, press the On soft key or the
key. A check mark displays in front of the option.
2. To turn a given tone off, press the Off soft key or the
key. The check mark no longer displays.
The following options are available:
Error Tone: sets whether or not the phone informs you when
you have a make a mistake.
