- Page 2 General Information/Information générale/ Features/Caractéristiques/Características General Information This pump is designed to automatically remove the condensate water that Overflow Safety Switch collects from appliances such as air conditioners, high-efficiency furnaces and Interrupteur de sécurité en cas de trop-plein de-humidifiers. The pump has a built-in tank that collects water from the appliance. When water collected reaches sufficient level inside pump tank, pump switches on Interruptor de seguridad de rebose and pumps water to a remote location for disposal.

My CP-22 is in the ALARM State. What do I do?
If your DIVERSITECH CP-22 is in the alarm state with the red LED on, follow these steps:
1. Check for Overfill – Manually overfill the tank with water to test the overflow switch.
2. Inspect the Overflow Switch – If the pump is correctly wired, the red LED indicates an overflow condition. The switch might be stuck or misaligned during reassembly.
3. Ensure Proper Reassembly – If the pump was recently cleaned and reinstalled, check if the micro switches are properly positioned.
4. Check for Switch Failure – Though unlikely, the overflow switch could be faulty.

Is there a way to manually activate the pump? I usually here it working on occasion but not lately. Thanks
