Thermometer for your cooking needs. This unit features a fold out probe with thin tip for faster and more accurate

temperature. The 2-Way feature allows you to select Left hand or Right hand which rotates the LCD display 180

degrees for easiest viewing with either hand. Enjoy perfectly cooked food, each and every time!

Buttons

HOLD – Once temperature is reached you can press to lock the display. An "H" will appear on the LCD. Press it again to

release it.

CAL – You can calibrate the thermometer. Insert the probe tip into water at a known temperature such as an ice water

bath at 32 ° F or boiling water at 212 ° F. Press and hold the CAL button until the LCD display flashes and then press the
