Before operating the system, please read this guide thoroughly and retain it for future reference.
WARNING

Do not dismantle, open or shred secondary cells or batteries.
Do not expose cells or batteries to heat or fire. Avoid storage in direct sunlight.
In the event of a cell leaking, do not allow the liquid to come in contact with the skin or eyes. If
contact has been made, wash the affected area with copious amounts of water and seek medical
advice.
Do not use any cell or battery which is not designed for use with the equipment.
Secondary cells and batteries need to be charged before use.
After extended periods of storage, it may be necessary to charge and discharge the cells or
batteries several times to obtain maximum performance.

On cleaning
ˎ Do not use alcohol, benzine, or thinner to clean the cabinet. ˎ
Others
ˎ When using the Speaker Add or Wireless Party Chain function, the codec is changed to SBC. ˎ
ˎ At high temperature, the charging may stop or the volume may reduce to protect the battery. ˎ
ˎ Even if you do not intend to use the system for a long time, charge the battery to its full capacity ˎ
once every 6 months to maintain its performance.

Notes on water resistant feature
(Read before using the system)
Water resistant performance of the system

This system has a water resistant specification* * of IPX5* as specified in "Degrees of protection
against ingress of water" of the IEC60529 "Ingress Protection Rating (IP Code)." however, this
system is not completely water-tight.
Do not drop the system into hot water in a bathtub or purposely use it in water.
Liquids that the water resistant performance specifications apply to

detergent or bath agents, shampoo, hot spring water, pool
water, seawater, etc.)

The water resistant performance of the system is based on our measurements under
the conditions herein described. Note that malfunctions as a result of water immersion
caused by misuse by the customer are not covered by the warranty.
To avoid the deterioration of the water resistant performance
Check the following and use the system correctly.
ˎ Do not use or leave the system in an extremely hot or cold environment (temperature outside the ˎ
range of 5 °C – 35 °C). If the system is used or left in outside the above range, the system may
automatically stop to protect internal circuitry.
ˎ Be careful not to drop the system or subject it to mechanical shock. Deformation or damage may ˎ
cause deterioration of the water resistant performance.
ˎ Do not use the system in a location where large amount of water or hot water may splash on it. ˎ
The system does not have a design that is resistant to water pressure. use of the system in the
above location may cause a malfunction.
ˎ Do not pour high-temperature water or blow hot air from a hair dryer or any other appliance on ˎ
the system directly. Also, never use the system in high temperature locations such as in saunas or
near a stove.
ˎ handle the cap with care. The cap plays a very important role in maintenance of the water ˎ
resistant performance. When using the system, make sure that the cap is closed completely.
When closing the cap, be careful not to allow foreign objects inside. If the cap is not closed
completely the water resistant performance may deteriorate and may cause a malfunction of the
system as a result of water entering the system.

How to care for the system when wet
If the system gets wet, first remove the water from the system, and then wipe off the moisture on the
system using a soft, dry cloth. Especially in cold regions, leaving moisture on its surface may cause the
system to freeze and malfunction. Be sure to wipe off the moisture after using the system.
Put the system on towel or dry cloth. Then leave it at room temperature and dry the system until no
moisture remains.

* LDAC is an audio coding technology developed by Sony that enables the transmission of
high-Resolution (hi-Res) Audio content, even over a BLuETooTh connection. unlike other
BLuETooTh compatible coding technologies such as SBC, it operates without any down-
conversion of the hi-Res Audio content* 7 , and allows approximately three times more data*
than those other technologies to be transmitted over a BLuETooTh wireless network with
unprecedented sound quality, by means of efficient coding and optimized packetization.

8 避免防⽔效能退化
檢查以下情況並正確使⽤系統。
 請勿在⾮常炎熱或寒冷的環境（5℃ ﹣ 35℃的溫度範圍外）使⽤或放置本系統。如果在上述範圍外使
⽤或放置本系統，系統可能會⾃動停⽌，以保護內部電路。

保護蓋
系統潮濕時的處理⽅式
如果系統被弄濕，請先為系統清除⽔分，然後⽤柔軟的乾布擦乾系統上的濕氣。特別是在寒冷地區，系
統表⾯殘留的濕氣可能會導致系統結凍並故障。使⽤系統後，務必擦乾濕氣。
將系統放在⽑⼱或乾布上。然後將系統置於室溫下並使其⾵乾，直到沒有殘留任何濕氣。

시스템의 방수 성능
본 시스템은 IEC60529 "IP 보호 등급(IP Code)"의 "방수에 대한 보호 등급"에 지정된 IPX5* 3 의 방수 규격*
만족합니다. 하지만 방수 성능이 완벽한 것은 아닙니다.
시스템을 욕조 안의 뜨거운 물에 담그거나 일부러 물속에서 사용하지 마십시오.

적용 안 됨: 상기 이외의 액체(비눗물, 세제 또는 입욕제가 섞인 물, 샴푸, 수영장 물, 바닷물 등)

방수 성능 저하를 방지하려면
다음을 확인하고 시스템을 바르게 사용하십시오.
 너무 온도가 높거나 낮은 환경에서 시스템을 사용하거나 두지 마십시오(5 °C - 35 °C의 범위를 벗어난 온도). 위의
범위를 벗어나 시스템을 사용하거나 두면 시스템이 내부 회로를 보호하기 위해 자동으로 중단될 수 있습니다.
 시스템을 떨어뜨리거나 기계적 충격에 노출되지 않도록 주의하십시오. 변형 또는 손상은 방수 성능 저하의 원인이
될 수 있습니다.
 물이 많은 장소나 온수에서 시스템을 사용하면 물이 스며들 수 있습니다. 본 시스템은 수압에 견디도록 설계되지
않았습니다. 위의 장소에서 시스템을 사용하면 고장날 수 있습니다.
 시스템에 직접 고온의 물을 쏟거나 헤어 드라이어나 기타 장치로 뜨거운 공기를 불어넣지 마십시오. 또한 사우나나
난로 근처 등 온도가 높은 장소에서 시스템을 사용하지 마십시오.
 캡을 조심스럽게 다루십시오. 캡은 방수 성능 유지에 매우 중요한 역할을 합니다. 시스템 사용 시 캡이 완전히
닫혔는지 확인하십시오. 캡을 닫을 때 이물질이 들어가지 않도록 주의하십시오. 캡이 완전히 닫히지 않으면 방수
성능이 저하되고 시스템에 물이 스며들어 고장날 수 있습니다.

시스템이 젖은 경우 처리 방법
시스템이 젖은 경우 먼저 시스템에서 물을 제거한 다음 부드럽고 마른 천을 사용하여 물기를 닦아내십시오. 특히 추운
지역에서는 표면에 물기가 남아 있으면 시스템이 얼거나 고장날 수 있습니다.
시스템을 사용한 후에 반드시 물기를 닦아내십시오.
시스템 아래에 수건이나 마른 천을 깔아 두십시오. 그런 다음 남아 있는 물기가 없어질 때까지 실내 온도에 두고
말리십시오.
