POSSIBLE SOLUTION
If using the handheld for the first
time, the initial charge should be
24 hours. The charging light will
illuminate red when the charger
is connected. The charger light
will change to green when fully
charged and ready, but keep
charging for 24 hours.
Check and clear any blockage.
