Description Solution
Check if the camera lens protection window is
clean.
Check if a number was stored in the

contact card.
Re-store the number, if necessary.

you can end the connection by deactivating
Bluetooth. Go to Bluetooth and select Turn Off
Bluetooth .
Be sure that both activated Bluetooth.

Be sure that the distance between the two

devices is not over 10 meters or that
there are no walls or other obstructions
between the devices.
Be sure that the other device is in the

discoverable mode.
Be sure that both devices are compatible.
