Before Using for the First Time Before using your MAXIM wash Ribbed Grill Pan, All-Purpose Pan, Lid, and Spatula in hot, soapy water. Dry all parts thoroughly. If desired, apply a thin coat of cooking oil to Ribbed Grill Pan and All-Purpose Pan to ease in cooking and clean-up during next use.
