4.3.3 Video code configuration

Encoding format：set encoding format,default as D1(704*576 resolution)
Video bit rate： Ranges from 1-17,1 is best quality,17 is worst quality,the default is 1.
Code frame rate： The larger the frame rate,the smoother the pictures,The smaller the frame
rate,the more dynamic jumped pictures,the default is 25.
MinQp：Ranges from 1-20,1 is best quality,20 is worst quality,the default is 10.
Stream type： Set stream type,the default is the audio and video composition.
Real time video： Set real time video stream type，select D1 and CIF（352*288 resolution） ，
the default as D1.
Video： set video stream type,the default is D1.
