- Page 9 STRAWBERRY BANANA SUPREME SMOOTHIE 1 cup strawberry nectar or apple juice 1 cup milk frozen banana (chunks) 2 ½ cups frozen strawberries 1 cup strawberry yogurt Pour liquid ingredients into the smoothie maker. Add all frozen ingredients. Blend at PULSE setting for 30 seconds; then blend at ON setting until smooth.
- Page 10 RASPBERRY CREAM SMOOTHIE 1 cup orange juice 1 cup raspberry yogurt 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt ½ frozen banana (chunks) 1½ cups frozen raspberries Pour liquid ingredients into the smoothie maker. Add all frozen ingredients. Blend at PULSE setting for 30 seconds; then blend at ON setting until smooth.
