Filling the Water Tank
Turn the water tank cap counterclockwise to
remove. Use the filling flask to pour water into
the tank. Do not overfill. Replace the cap on
the water tank. We recommend
using distilled water to
prolong the life of
your Shark Pro
Steam Mop.
NOTE: Sweep or
vacuum your floors
prior to cleaning with
your Steam Mop.

Note: In Handheld Mode, the STEAM CONTROL is preset to SCRUB to optimize above-floor cleaning and garment steaming. Snap the desired accessory into the main nozzle of the Handheld Steamer. Then squeeze the steam trigger to activate steam.

we got this device with various cloths which do not close up for the velcro closure to wrap over the end falling short being too small to do so. It works well as is however the shape of the cloths we have are pockets with the ends closed, not like shows in the figures as a large flat one that wraps around both sides. I will look into what is available in the parts area in order to get the perfect fit. I am thinking that somehow this cloth is for an older modal than this one. thanks
can this item S3973D be used on laminate wood without harming the wod floors? My initial thought is yes however only quickly as determined by the quality & composition of the wood.
