6 Daily Maintenance

Daily maintenance is very important for printer, in order to obtain good performance of printer,
please follow the tips listed below:
1. Check the nozzle status every day before starting the printing job. Clean the nozzles once
nozzle clog is found.
2. Clean the Rail Guide twice a week and maintain it with lubricating oil.
3. Clean the raster with medicinal alcohol weekly.
4. Periodically clean the waste-ink bottle, flush box and pinch roller to make sure the printer in
good condition.
5. Periodically check the ink volume in the cartridge. Refill ink timely when the volume is less
than 150ml (the optimum ink volume is 350-400ml).
6. Check the status of maintenance cap, and clean or replace it periodically.
7. Timely clean the wiper and replace it to avoid the head being damaged by the worn-out wiper.

 Cleanse the print head with special wipe cloth and wipe stick to avoid potential damage to
