In the event of a malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resis- tance for electrical current to reduce the risk of electric shock.     BENCH ATTACHMENT Fasten grinder to work bench before operating this machine. There is a hole on either side of the base which should be used to secure the grinder. 2 x 10mm diameter bolts should be used to secure the grinder to the bench or stand. Bench Attachment holes...
  • Page 6 AUTO ON LIGHT Your Ryobi Bench Grinder comes complete with an Auto On Adjustable Light which allows you to illuminate the grinding wheels and workpiece when operating in dark areas. The light will automatically come on when the Grinder is switched on. When Grinder is not in use, switch off the tool to avoid overheating of the lamp.
