    The accuracy of your work will affect the flying characteristics. ACROFLYER 90 is an aerobatic plane designed for aerobatic flying. It is made of almost indestructible EPP material. They have been precision cut on CNC machines. With its durable design you will be able to fly in the wind with confidence.
  • Page 3 CONSTRUCTION WING On a flat surface place the wing halves together making sure they are in proper alignment. Glue together the halves (CA works fine) Use activator for faster bonding. After bonding the wings together take a sharp knife at a distance of 3” from the leading edge and make a slot for the wing reinforcement carbon fiber flat.

    wing. STABILIZER & ELEVATOR Place the stabilizer and elevator on a flat surface Cut a straight angle along the hinge area of the elevator and horizontal stabilizer. On the bottom side of the elevator is mark 15 mm from the center point; this is where the elevator control horn will be affixed.

On completion wheel axle assembly will slip into the gear bed and provide a sleeve. After inserting the chassis is inserted into the gear bed. If necessary, glue in place. Installation Electronics Screw the motor mount on to the wood firewall, connect the motor to the ESC.
