For V.23, originating modes transmit at 75 bps and receive at 1200 bps;
answering modes transmit at 1200 bps and receive at 75 bps. The
rate is always specified as 1200 bps.

AX OMMANDS
The following Fax AT Commands are used with Diamond modems:
+FCLASS Fax Class 1
The formats for AT+FCLASS are:
+FCLASS? Returns current setting.
+FCLASS=n Returns command range(s).
+FTS Stop Transmission and Wait
Transmission is halted followed by a wait for the specified time.
+FTS=<TIME> - Wait for the time (in 10 ms increments) specified by <TIME> (0 - 2.55 s).
