DCD follows carrier. (ON when carrier from remote modem is present.)
Modem Reaction to DTR on-to-off
Modem reaction to DTR on-to-off transition greater than S25 setting. Modem WILL dial when
DTR is ON or goes from an OFF to ON state.

2=Hang up if off-hook and autoanswer is not disabled.
