Once all screws have been removed, the fan section should be able to drop out of the unit. Once all screws have been removed, the fan section should be able to drop out of the unit.
Unclip the bottom of the unit from the wall bracket. Disconnect the drain line from the back
of the unit. The drain pan, blower wheel, and fan motor should drop out of the unit now.
