DIP switch configuration
Port settings are made very simple by means of a DIP (Dual Inline
Package) switch at the rear panel of the converter. The default
setting is auto negotiation and LFPT enable as shown below. A
connected network device might fail to respond to the auto
negotiation mechanism due to various reasons, and therefore, this
DIP switch allows user to manually adjust the TX/RX speed and
duplex modes.

Note:
1. PIN-2 and PIN-3 will take effect only when PIN-1 is set
at TP-FORCE.
