Enter Service mode again (see "How To Enter Service
Mode" on page 19).
DRP (0501) or its peripheral
logic is defective.

"L3BUS NG" displayed?
Solder pins @ to @ of Q5S1(SFC).
Enter Service mode (see "How To Enter Service Mode"
on page 19).
SFC (Q551) or its peripheral
logic is defective.
''SFC OK" displayed?
"SFC NG" displayed?
Solder pins @ to @ of QAol (DAIO).
Enter Service mode (see "How To Enter Service Mode"
on page 19).
DAIO (OA01) or its peripheral
logic is defective.
"DAIO OK" displayed?
"DAIO NG" displayed?
The clock lines connecting to DRP, SFC and DAIO
are all normal.
