4.5 Checklist After Installation
After the installation, check the following indicators to make sure the installation was
successful:
• No oil is leaking from the transformer and the transmitter.
If the connection leaks after you have tightened the mounting nut, the probable reason is
that the PTFE tape was applied incorrectly or the valve thread is other than female 1.5"
NPT.

level LED indicator settles to a steady green. Note that it can take up to 30 minutes

level measurement to settle after start-up or reset.

4.6 Oil Fittings Check After Installation
After the first month of continuous use, all oil fittings should be checked for leaks.
An annual check thereafter is recommended.
4.7 Removing the Transmitter
To disconnect wiring:
• Allen key (5 mm, provided)
• 2 medium wrenches (24 mm)
• Flat head screwdriver (2.5 mm)
To remove transmitter:
• Large wrench (50 mm)
• Medium wrench (36 mm)
• Gloves
• Bucket and cloth
