Use of DAMAGED or IMPROPER extension cords to charge this unit could result in risk of fire and/
or electric shock. Make certain that the extension cord is in safe and in good electrical condition.

Prevent water from entering into the unit housing. Water will damage the internal electronics board.
•
This unit has a built-in lead acid battery. Although this unit arrives partially charged from the factory,
it MUST be fully charged before the first use.
•
Recharge the unit after each use or every 3 months to prevent the battery voltage from depleting.
ADJUSTABLE HEAD
To adjust head angle, gently pull up on rim at bottom. Angle can be adjusted to 4 different positions
indicated by a "click" sound. Do not force head beyond final point. Return head to closed position for
storage to prevent damage to mechanism.
SPOTLIGHT
To operate the spotlight press the switch on handle of your PowerBeam to either the "High" or "Low"
position.
The operation time is up to approximately 35 minutes.
Press the switch to "O" to turn off the spotlight.
LED AREA LIGHT
Your PowerBeam is equipped with bright LED lights located in
the rim. These provide an area light for working and general illumination. To operate, press the switch
located on the back of the unit to the "LED Area Light" position.
The area light will operate continuously for many hours on a full charge. Press the switch to the middle
position to turn off the LED lights.
RED LED EMERGENCY FLASHER
Your Power Beam is also equipped with RED LED emergency flashers. To operate, press the switch
located on the back of the unit to the "RED LED EMERGENCY FLASHER" position.
USB POWER PORTS:
Your Power Beam is equipped with THREE 5 volt 2100mAh USB ports for powering or charging
various devices including mobile phones, MP3 players, tablets, e-Readers, notebook computers and other
equipment with USB capability. To operate, connect the USB cable that was supplied with the device you
want to charge to one of the USB ports. Press the button labeled "USB" once to turn on, press again to
turn off when finished.
