    Appendix B: Accessories Rotisserie Cooking versatility is a trademark of the TEC grills. With the Rotisserie, you can add a new and exciting ROTISSERIE dimension to cooking. The Rotisserie can be used in direct Infra-red cooking or with the Bar-B-Que Tray (a deflector pan) for indirect Infra-red cooking.
