parameter contains the
offset
from
the
segment
in
DS
of
a
string
specifying
the
name
of
the
database
file
to
be
deleted.
The
specified
file
will
be deleted from the
file
system.
If
the specified
file
has
the
Read
Only
attribute set,
it
will
not be deleted
and an
error
will
be
returned.
