VECTOR
-
This
field
is
not
initialized
by
the
driver.
It
is
used by
the
HH
O/S
to
store the
vector
to
the
BIOS
driver
for
the
device while
the
new
driver
is
installed.
When
the
driver
is
removed,
the values stored here are returned
to
the
interrupt
vector
to
restore
the device
to
the default
BIOS
driver
for
the device.
7.
LENGTH
-
This
field
specifies
the
amount
of
memory
in
paragraphs
that
the
device
driver
requires.
This
much memory
will
be
allocated
for
the driver
when
it
is
installed.
This value
may
be
larger
than the
actual size
of
the
file
to
allow
space
for
buffers.
