Ship's heading fed from a heading sensor.
Mode
Shows current tracking mode, as selected with the TRACK MODE key. See
section 1.6.
Mode marker
Shows tracking mode and echo
availability for last three minutes,
scrolling from right to left. The
color represents tracking mode
as shown right.
Tide Vector Circle
- Solid line: The speed and direction of the tide.
(LYR1: yellow, LYR2: purple, LYR3: blue, LYR4: green,
LYR5: grey**)
- Two-color line: The speed and direction of the differential tide.
- Dashed line (white or black): Heading
- Dashed line (green): Ship's speed and course

*: Sensor required. Missing or wrong data is denoted with "--".
