    2. Formech has available 2 standard sizes of reducing plates for the 508, with apertures of 228 x 204mm and 432 x 229 mm. Formech can also produce special size reducing windows. For more information please contact our sales department.

    F.A.Q. Does the 508 require compressed air? The 508DT doesn’t require compressed air. Do not supply compressed air to the air outlet. The 508FS does require compressed air in order to operate the machine. How long does it take to heat the plastic sheet? This depends on which material and thickness is specified.

      Service / Repair A. REPLACING SEALS Remove all the existing seal and adhesive with a sharp blade. Mask off the sealing area with masking tape or similar (Mask the outside for top frames or reducing windows & the inside for table seals).
