6. Install four pivot spacers (item 26) on bagger mount
brackets (item 25) with four 1/2" x 3" hex bolts
(item 24) and 1/2" top lock flange nuts (item 27)

1. Install cover assembly (item 20) on trailer hitch
(figure 21).
2. Install grass bagger baskets (item 18) on cover
