3.CONTROLS

IGNITION SWITCH

LOCK
◉ "OFF" POSITION
All electrical circuits are cut off.
◉ "ON" POSITION
The ignition circuit is completed and the engine
can now be started. The key cannot be removed
from the ignition switch in this position.
◉ "LOCK" POSITION
To lock the steering, turn the handlebar all
the way to the left. Push down the key to the
" OFF " position and turn it to the " LOCK "
position after come up again and remove
the key. All electrical circuits are discon-
nected.

This motorcycle comes equipped with a pair of
identical ignition keys.
Keep the spare key in a safe place.

INSTRUMENT PANEL

① TRIP METER
The trip meter is a resettable odometer
located in the speedometer assembly. It can
be used to indicate the distance traveled on
short trip or between fuel stops.
Pressing control button will return the meter
to zero.
② ODOMETER
The odmeter registers the total distance that
the motorcycle has been ridden.
③ SPEEDOMETER
The speedometer indicates the road speed in
kilometers per hour.
④ HIGH BEAM INDICATOR LAMP
The high beam indicator lamp will come on
when the headlamp high beam is turned on.
⑤ NEUTRAL INDICATOR LAMP
The meutral indicator lamp will come on when
the transmission is in neutral.
The lamp will go out when you shift into any
gear other than neutral.
⑥ TURN SIGNAL INDICATOR LAMP
When the turn signals are being operated either
to the right or to the left, the indicator will flash
at the same time.
