Third-party chargers that comply with the IEC/EN 62684 standard, and that can connect to your device micro USB connector, may be compatible. Do not connect incompatible products.

    Get started Before you start using your phone, remove the back cover to insert the micro-SIM card. Remove the back cover Make sure your phone is switched off. At the bottom corner of the phone, put your fingernail in the seam between the screen frame and the back cover.
