1. The bell does not ring.
When the INTCOM key of the
base is pressed, does the
ringer on the handset ring?
OK
When the TEL SG is joined
with the base to make bell
signal, is there pulse wave at
pin 4 of IC5 (Line1) or IC13
(Line2) ?
OK
I s t h e r e p u l s e wave a t
pin 38 (Line1) or pin 39
(Line2) of IC14?
OK
Check IC14 and its
peripheral circuit.
