OUTBOARD MOTOR STAND
4. Remove the hoist hook and
reinstall the engine cover.
Horizontal transport or storage:
Rest the outboard motor on the case
protector.
CASE PROTECTOR
Before transporting the outboard
motor horizontally, be sure to drain
the gasoline and oil from the
outboard motor as instructed on
pages 112 and 131.
TRANSPORTING
When you place the outboard motor
horizontally to transport, be sure to
place sponge or clothes under the
outboard motor to protect it from
impact and damage.
