User Information -

LastName: The employee' last name with no commas or spaces.

First Name: The employee' first name with no commas or spaces.

Grp: The workgroup designator (department) with no commas, spaces, dashes, or colons. One to four characters are
recommend for best report formatting

ID: Employee's ID number with no commas, spaces, dashes, or colons. Try to keep under 9 characters for best report
formatting

Badge: Employee's ID number with no commas, spaces, dashes, or colons. Try to keep under 9 characters for best report

Wrist Low Megs: The low resistance alarm setting. Use "DipSw" to read the combo meter dip switch settings.

Wrist Hi Megs: The high resistance alarm setting. Use "DipSw" to read the combo meter dip switch settings.

Foot Low Megs: The low resistance alarm setting. Use "DipSw" to read the combo meter dip switch settings.

Foot Hi Megs: The high resistance alarm setting. Use "DipSw" to read the combo meter dip switch settings.

Wrist Strap check box: Check this box if wrist straps are required

Foot Straps: Check this box if foot straps are required. Check neither box to use the combo meter toggle switch.

Leave Status: Select a leave status if desired or type a letter into the box.

Leave date from: Starting date of leave

Through date: Ending date of leave

Update button: Update the dates entered above so can add more dates

Yearly summary button: Show the yearly status summary.

Certification Type: Enter a company defined certification type

Certification Expiration date: Enter the date the certification expires. Can use the optional training course if desired.
Up to 30000 employee names and information may be added. There are 9 sample users already in the software, which may be
deleted after the user studies them as examples. The names can be manually entered with data base software such as Access.

There are five command buttons at the bottom of the user information screen: Append, Insert, Modify, Delete Cancel.

When the 'User Information' is selected, the first employee will automatically pop up. It can be typed over with the new
user's information. This feature allows the default settings to be used repeatedly. Once new user information is typed over
