    1) Lower the syringe plunger holder to ensure sufficient room to install the syringe. a. For the C3000 pump, if the pump is powered off, manually lower the plunger by pushing firmly down on the Syringe Plunger Holder. If the power is on, this can be done by sending the A3000R command, or b.
