2 - TROUBLESHOOTING

Communication error
If a communication error is detected, the display cErr appears. It can take a few minutes for all
the valves to display an error message.
- All the units in service stay in service.
- All the units in standby go in service.
- If a unit is regenerating when an error appears, this unit will finish its regeneration and go in
service.
- No regeneration will be allowed until the error exists. Once the communication error is
corrected and the message is no longer displayed (it can take a few minutes for all the units to
displaying the error) the system goes back to operation mode.
CAUSE
One or more valve have a bad or no communication.
One or more valves have the cable wrongly connected.
One or more valves programmed as single valve 4tvc,
4FI or 4Fd and one or more valves programmed as
multivalve systems 5FI, 6FI, 7FI or 9FI.
All the valves are programmed in lag, no valve
programmed in Lead so no unit starts the communication.
Solution
Connect communication cables.
Connect the cables correctly following the diagram.
Program all the valves to the same communication system.
Program the units correctly with one Lead valve.
