Chassis interconnections are identified in Figure 5-1. 5.2. Printer Description The Model 1980 Series printer provides laser hardcopy output of data received from a host computer. The standard printer configuration incorporates an IEEE-1284B bi-directional parallel interface (Centronics), a 10/100Base-T Ethernet and a USB v2.0 port. The mechanical and electrical subsystems of the printer are described in the following paragraphs. -
