- Page 2 Generally. We congratulate to your choice of coffee brewer EFB0001. Please read through this manual before you take the machine into operation for the first time. The manual contents important instructions for a safe and proper usage of the machine.
- Page 3 1. Installation and start. 1.1. Locate the machine on a flat level and waterproof surface. 1.2. Connect to cold water feed with connection tube supplied. Adapt to a cut-off cock. CAUTION! 1.3. Connect the plug to a separate wall socket. 240 V, 10 ampere.
- Page 4 1. Installation and start. 1.4. Turn on control switches placed on the machines left and right side. (1 and 2). Ensure that the lamps turn on and that the hot plates get warm. Turn off control switches 1 and 2. 2.
- Page 5 3. Brewing of coffee. 3.1. Place a 90mm filter in the filter holder. 3.2. Add coffee, restaurant / catering grounded coffee). Make sure that the coffee is evenly spread. 3.3. Place the filter holder. 3.4. START BREWING: Turn ON switch 1. Press button I / I (Full brew) to start automatic water filling.

- Page 8 5. Maintenance Before each brewing. Rinse the decanter. CAUTION! The machine should not be Submerged in water orWashed in a dishwasher Each day. Wash the pot and the filterholder with liquid solu- tion for coffee machines. Clean the spray nozzle and the surrounding area.
- Page 9 5. Maintenance Each week. Descaling and cleaning. Pour 50 ml descaling / cleaning solution in a pot and fill it up with cold water. Pour the mixture in the machine and proceed with a brewing without a filter paper or coffee. Rinse by brewing at least 3 times with clean water so that the particles from descaling solution disappear.
- Page 10 7. Important Important. Do not make any alterations to the machine. Such measures may cause personal injury and the machine to fail. The machine should stand on a flat surface so that it will function properly. The machine should be placed on a water-proof surface so that any leakage is easily noticeable, make sure there is no bendage on the connection tube when machine is pushed into its place.
